GENERAL
What does 'all pending' mean?
It means that the items are currently reserved for customers who have ordered the item.
If that occurs, you may leave your email address under the "Waiting List" notification box. We will contact you should any deal fall through or if a backorder becomes available.
Do you accept cash?
No. However, you may make a cash deposit at the POSB bank.
ORDERING
I'm unable to cart this particular item. Why?
The item is currently pending. We manually key in 'all pending' for the items thus it may not be shown at that point of time till we make an update. How do I ensure that my payment gets processed the fastest?
Do key in your payment details in the electronic link given in the email.
You can send us through email too, however, we will be checking the electronic links first followed by the emails. I am unable to transfer as all the ATM's near my house are unable to issue a receipt. What should I do next?
Do not transfer. Do email us at order@shopskinned.com within 24 hours from your time of order. We will inform you the steps on how to solve your situation. My order went through and checked out successfully in SHOPSKINNED.COM, however, I did not receive any email. Please help.
You have accidently keyed in the wrong email. Do remember your order number. We will forward the email to your correct email address. DELIVERY
I have ordered a backorder item with an existing item in your store. Do I pay for 1 mailing fee or separate mailing fee for the backorder item?
If you're able to wait for the backorder item to arrive (shipment arrival has been stated on site), you may pay for 1 mailing fee if you would like everything to be mailed together. If you're unable to wait, do make a separate order (separate mailing fee). Backorder: 1 order + selected mailing. Existing items: another order + selected mailing.
Does SKINNED ship internationally?
Yes. Do note that the shipping charges are not included in the invoice. Our system can only show the shipping charges within Singapore. We will email you the option you would like to choose to ship to your country and you will need to pay the shipping separately. Click here to find out the charges.
After my payment has been verified, when will my items be mailed out?
For in stock items, your package will be mailed the next day after payment verification.
Do you conduct meet ups?
Yes, we conduct a meetup once a month in Town.
I have not received my package that has been mailed more than a week ago?
Do drop us an email at ask@shopskinned.com along with your name, order number, items purchased and mailing address. We will contact SingPost regarding your package and get back to you once we receive any updates.
What is the difference between Normal and Registered Postage?
Normal postage is non-insured and customers may encounter the risk of lost packages.
Registered postage costs an additional $2.25 on top of normal postage costs and comes with a tracking number that can be monitored online. Registered packages are sent directly to your doorstep. In the event that there is no one at home when the package arrives, a notification card will be left either in your letterbox or slotted under your door for you to collect at the nearest post office.
I would like to request pictures of the process of my item being packed, sealed, with indication of my details (name & address) and most importantly, the picture of the mail being successfully mailed at the postbox. Do attach each picture to me accordingly.
Do note that pictures will not be solid proof that your item has been sent out. Thus, we have COP (Certificate Of Posting) in the order process where you can opt for your package. A Certificate of Posting is given on an official form provided by SingPost that your package has been collected at SingPost. I have a defect item to return, what should I do? What if I choose not to follow the email instructions and mail it via DHL/FedEx/other forms of delivery to you?
Do email us within 7 days from the date mailed. If we have accepted the exchange, you will receive an email regarding the exchange details that you'll need to follow.
Upon receiving, we will issue a credit of the postage amount to you. If you choose to mail via other forms of delivery, you will need to absorb the extra cost that you chose. Other questions?
